Bryant Property Management collects a percentage of the gross monthly rent as its Property Management Fee. We offer flexible fees, allowing us to tailor our services to meet each property owner's specific needs and preferences.

- Maintenance Coordination: Services are arranged to your specifications or facilitated by our trusted network of qualified contractors. We provide ongoing updates to the property owner, informing you of all maintenance activities.
- Monthly Financial Statements: Owners receive a detailed monthly account statement reflecting all transactions for that period. Bryant Property Management can also manage additional financial needs, including paying mortgages and homeowners insurance, depositing proceeds into your chosen account, or directly sending monthly income to you.
- Regular Property Inspections: Our team conducts two to three inspections annually, covering your property's exterior and interior aspects. We send detailed inspection reports to the owner for feedback and direction and share relevant information with tenants.
- Thorough Tenant Screening: Prospective tenants complete an application with a comprehensive background check. We verify credit history, employment, salary, rental history, bank accounts, and references to ensure only the most reliable tenants are approved.
- Timely Rent Collection and Support for Legal Action: Rent is collected consistently and on time. We can recommend legal assistance for guidance or support in filing for eviction if there are any collection issues.
